News & Notes

Good work Cub Scouts and families! All of the boys have completed the requirements for their Immediate Recognition Emblem, Bear Claw, and Bobcat badge at the next Pack meeting on November 7.

Pinewood Derby cars will be distributed at the November pack meeting.

We are working on Achievements 3 & 4 in the Tiger Cub Handbook, pages 52-69.  Make sure to cover the Family Activities in those sections with your son in the month of November.

Den Schedule for November

November 1, 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM - Scouting for Food @ Deer Park Elementary

• We will be distributing Scouting for Food bags in a Centreville neighborhood (most likely Sequoia Farms)
• Scouts must wear their uniforms and dress appropriately for the weather

November 5, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Go See It @ Stone Road Fire Station

• Make sure to bring an appetizer or dessert for our Firefighters!

November 7, 7:15 PM - Pack Meeting & Bake Off @ Deer Park Elementary

November 8, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Scouting for Food @ Deer Park Elementary

• We will be picking up filled Scouting for Food bags in a Centreville neighborhood (most likely Sequoia Farms) and delivering them back to Deer Park Elementary
• Scouts must wear their uniforms and dress appropriately for the weather

November 12, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Go See It @ Stonecroft Blvd. Police Station

• Make sure to bring an appetizer or dessert for the Police!

November 17 - Trails End Popcorn orders due
